Rita Pierson talks about education and the importance of
human connection and why children leave school and do not learn because of
different circumstances. On the other hand, he mentions some author who talks
about the importance of learning and the interaction between adults and
children.
Rita mentions that children must be understood and
understood in order to be teachable, but questions how to raise the child's
self-esteem along with school performance and promote their learning. In
addition, she mentions the vocation of her mother to be an educator, since she
used up her free time for the boys and girls, in being able to help him in all
possible ways, as economic, among others, it is all these actions that led her
to her to take the decision to dedicate herself to be educators beyond the fact
that her entire family was working in the area of education.
However, educating boys and girls is not an easy task but
when you feel love for what you do everything is different, and even more so
when you do it well, the children will later reward you as it happened to
Rita's mother. at her funeral they went to see her. That was the legacy left by
his mother.
Even though educators teach because they have to teach,
every child deserves to have a champion and an adult who never stops believing
in them. Consequently education should bring joys and and not sadness.
